Orders:
How long does it take you to complete it?

On Average 5-10 days from the approval of the mockup. In the Holiday season Oct-Dec, 10-14 days.
How many mockups can I receive?

We allow up to 5 FREE revision requests for the mockups. After that, a 35$ fee is applied to your order. The standing Record is 13 revisions.
Do I pay first or later?
-
No need to pay upfront. We will do your initial mockups for free. Once you like what you see, let us know, and an invoice for your custom order will be sent.
Do you do bulk orders?
-
YES, Just ask for a quote with the Qty and shipping address.

Orders of 50 Qty over are considered bulk for cups, coasters, Koozies, glassware, coins, plaques, and signage.

Orders of 20 Qty and over are considered bulk for Engraved Sledgehammers and Axes. ​​

Orders of of 10 Qty and over are considered bulk for: Wooden Flags.

Do you offer an Active Duty or First Responder Discount?

Our prices are set well below the general market expectations, and we promise you will not find anyone else capable of producing the output and quality of our products for our prices. Also, the vast majority of our customer base is comprised of First Responders and Active Duty Military so we offer the lowest pricing we can automatically to all base engraving products.

A 10% discount is applied to our FULL HEAD and Handle Engravings options for our Hammers.

A 10% discount is applied to our paracord-wrapped handle items.

Shipping:
What service do you use?

We use UPS, but if you prefer USPS, FedEx, or any other service, we are more than willing to accommodate you.
How long does it take to ship?

We ship with UPS Ground, which averages 3-5 days. If you need your item sooner, please let us know, and we will do our best to expedite it. However, expedited services are not eligible for free shipping.
How much does it cost to ship my order?

All individual orders are eligible for our FREE SHIPPING offering. Exceptions may apply to bulk orders and government contracts.
What if my order is lost on its way?

All orders will receive a tracking number. If, for some reason, your order is lost or damaged during its transit to you, please notify us immediately so that we can begin a claim with the shipping service. In the meantime, we will do our best to get you a replacement at no cost to you.

However, if you wait 15 days beyond the tracking-shipped date, we will be unable to refund you, remake the item, or file a claim with the shipping service. We are not a large corporation, and these items are timely and costly to replace. Please do not wait 78 days to notify us of a package that was marked "package delivered" but to an incorrect address.
Can I request Expedited Shipping?

YES, but shipping rates do apply and will be added to your overall cost.
Do you Ship to Hawaii and Alaska?

YES, but we do not offer free shipping outside of the continental United States (OCONUS).
Do you APOs, FPOs, & DPOs?

YES, if your order is traveling to an APO, FPO, or DPO you are entitled to FREE SHIPPING.
Do you ship globally?

YES, we regularly ship items globally. We utilize UPS Express for all our exported items. Trade will be required to be paid by the receiving customer upon delivery.
Engraving:
What can you engrave?

Everything, including Steel, Aluminum, Gold, Silver, and Brass. Also all woods, including exotics, Acrylic, Foam, and polymers. But we mainly stick to our current product offerings. We can also anneal metal in a Full Spectrum of Colors.
Can I send you something of mine to be engraved?

The short answer is YES, but this depends on a few factors: size, shape, material, value, current backlog of customer orders and whether the item is easily replaceable by us if there were to be an "accident." We prefer to stick to our current setup, which focuses on Hammers, Axes, and Flags. This allows us to keep costs low for the consumer and increases our efficiency. Feel free to ask though.
Are you marking the surface, or are you removing material?

All of our engravings are "engravings"- not marks. Everything that goes under our lasers is DEEP engraved. We do not use cheap sprays to bake on coatings or anneal the surface to give the appearance of an image. But, if that's what you want we can accommodate but do not recommend annealing on Axes, Knives, or Hammers.
