Our commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and meticulous craftsmanship is at the heart of everything we do. The following policies are designed to ensure a seamless experience from the moment you place your order to the final delivery of your personalized items.

1. Payment and Invoicing

  • Prompt Payment: Please submit payment upon receipt of your invoice to expedite the processing of your order. We accept a variety of payment methods and are here to assist you with any queries regarding the payment process.

  • Timely Payments: To avoid delays, we kindly ask that you make your payment on time. Production will commence upon receipt of payment, and we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

  • Fees: All payments are subject to a 3% Credit Card Fee and Sales Tax. 

2. Order Processing and Production

  • Order Confirmation: Upon payment, we will confirm your order and begin the production process. We start production as soon as possible to meet our estimated delivery timelines.

  • Special Requirements: If your order has any special requirements or requests, please communicate these before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate them.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Accurate Delivery Information: Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address to prevent delays. Include any specific delivery instructions or codes needed for a smooth delivery process.

  • Lost or missing orders: All items are assigned tracking numbers. Once the package is picked up by the shipping service, it is no longer under our control. If your item is expected to be delivered on a specific date according to the shipping carrier and it does not arrive, please NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY. If we are not informed within 7 days from your expected delivery date, we will not be able to replace your item.

  • Shipping Insurance Claims:  If you receive a damaged item from the carrier service, please send us photographic evidence of the damage as soon as possible. This will enable us to file an insurance claim with the carrier service. Please note that if you fail to notify us within 7 days from the delivery date, we will be unable to refund your item or replace it.

  • Address Changes: If you need to update your delivery address, inform us promptly to avoid any disruptions.

4. Design and Approval

  • Proof/Mock-up Approval: Before production, you will receive a mockup/product proof for approval. It's crucial to review this carefully, as any errors identified post-approval may incur additional costs for corrections. If we have begun engraving your item and you decide to change the spelling or design, a fee of 50% of the total cost will be incurred to start over. 

  • Design Change: Please be aware that we cannot make any changes to an item that has already been engraved. The depth of our engravings makes it impossible to refinish or alter the item. If you wish to make changes or corrections, a new order must be placed. Please note that a 50% charge of the total cost of the engraving fees will be applied for this new order.

5. Cancellation and Revisions

  • Cancellation Policy: All orders are final once the mockup is approved and payment made. We will immediately begin engraving upon notification of payment. Once we engage the lasers, the service has begun, and a partial refund may be possible depending on how far we have gotten on the engravings of your pre-approved design. 

  • Revision Policy: We allow up to 5 revisions of the design before additional fees are charged. Please review your designs carefully.

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Final Sales: All purchases are considered final. We do not offer refunds but are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If there are issues with your order, please reach out to us for a resolution.

7. Content Guidelines

  • Engraving Requests: We respect your creative freedom but reserve the right to refuse requests containing hateful or discriminatory content.

8. Privacy Security

  • Personal Information: Your privacy is our top priority. We use industry-standard protocols to secure your personal and payment information and will not share it with anyone.

9. Intellectual Property

  • Compliance: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any designs or trademarks submitted for engraving.

  • Modifications: We reserve the right to update our policies. Customers will be notified of significant changes through our website or via email.
