Mock ups
All custom sales will come with a mock up/proof graphic that will require your approval before I engrave anything. So be on the look out for an email from me, otherwise this may delay your items arrival.
Returns
No returns on custom engraved items. All custom engraved sales are final.
Refunds
No refunds on custom engraved items. If you approved the Mock up/Proof of concept then thats how you will receive it.
If I did not adhear to the Mock up/ Proof of concept, then I will either refund you the cost of the sledge hammer or send you a new one. This will be your choice.
